GC at the Dells
Great Christmas, Gift certificate christmas, cold christmas!! Yep we had it all! The Davenport-Elam clan met up in madison and then headed for the wisconsin dells to try our luck with the water slides, wave pools, and park security (as dogs were not allowed and emily had to be sumggled). We went to a dinner theater production of a christmas story and screamed down a tolet bowl-like water slide, we bonded holding on for dear life in the wave pool, we laughed, we sassed, we prayed, it was a fantastic holiday. This was such a great time and worth every penny! Jenn we are so proud of you and know that the right opportunity will present itself. I have the utmost faith ifin you reaching your goals wioth the talent God has given you. I also have a great deal of faith that Jaythan will be very successful with Jellyfish and what ever else migh lie ahead.
OK now we have to save for the next big Xmas! Theme for next year (drum roll please)! PC Xmas plus one maybe two. This won’t be as big but still fun. When we are all together again for a Xmas we will do a Country Xmas!
oh mom! thanks for the post. i’ve been thinking about you guys and all of the memories we made up here. it made madison wisconsin feel more like home to me. whether I’m walking to the beach, shopping at target, or walking emily through the demilitarize zone, I think of you guys and smile!!.
So, PC X-MAS!! one maybe two better not refer to baby #2. you know i hated the joke (it makes my stomach drop) so i might need a little reassurance about this years theme
